A student who:
- Is strong academically, but who does not want to abandon other serious passions, such as art or music.
- Loves nature, rural life, the stars in the sky at night
- Wants to learn to ski, or ride horses or feed baby lambs.
- Is interested in art, and wants a chance to learn more.
- Wants a small school where everyone knows him or her.
- Does not want "too many" other students from home.
- Needs a solid ESOL program.
- Likes to sing, or wants to learn how.
- Asks challenging questions and is ready to think deeply.
- Has a lot of personal initiative and motivation.
- Is interested in making the world a better place, not just accepting the world as it is.
- Does not want a "formal" school, with uniforms and rank.
- Is prepared for a tight schedule and hard work.
- Is interested in sharing responsibility for a strong community of friends and learners.
