There are three large vegetable gardens, one by the entrance road, one across the road to the east of the Main building, and one adjacent to the KDU. Putney grows much of the produce it consumes. These gardens are tended and harvested by students and farm staff. The future indoor recreation center is sited to the north of the KDU garden.
