What's up Freshman

I recently interviewed some of the boys in my dorm. This year Keep houses all the new freshman boys. I thought it would be interesting to see what they think about Putney so far. I interviewed Dalton Burroughs, from Monhegan Island, Maine and Aubin Niragira from Jersey City, New Jersey.

What has most surprised you about life at Putney since you arrived?

Aubin: How welcoming the community was.

What activity are you eager to try here that you've never seen at another school?

Dalton: Fencing

Would you rather do rock climbing or cross country skiing here?

Aubin: Cross Country Skiing.

Name something you share in common with your roommate(s).

Dalton: How we both like such a wide range of music.

What has been the biggest surprise in your first month here?

Aubin: The way the students connect with the teachers outside of class.

Dalton: How open the community is to new ideas.

Thank You, Aubin and Dalton.
