Architect's Model 1997

Huseby House 1999

Huseby House dormitory was built in less than two years through the INVESTMENT FUND, thanks largely to the generosity of the trustees and other members of the Putney family. Student participated in construction and student art is integrated into many of its architectural features. Huseby House currently accommodates 28 students and contains two classrooms, four practice rooms, three faculty family apartments and the computer lab. With Huseby's new residents, The Putney School attained an optimal enrollment of 210 students and made housing available for additional residential faculty. Campaign proceeds also made it possible to address several important infrastructure needs, including replacing the sewage system, renovating the kitchen, and remodeling some faculty apartments.
