This plan is intended to serve as a guide, rather than a specific blueprint for the myriad programmatic and operational decisions we will have to make in the coming decade. It is intended to describe the principles and priorities to keep in mind as we consider the budget, hiring and other decisions. It is important that the school remain nimble and able to respond to opportunities and ideas that present themselves.
