We understand the importance of standardized testing for the college admissions process and want to ensure all students who are interested in pursuing testing may do so.
PSAT/NMSQT
Administered on-campus to all juniors in October.
SAT
The College Office is hosting an SAT School Day on campus this May for all juniors.
ACT
Transportation for the junior class to one ACT test administration in the spring is guaranteed, and the College Office will help interested students arrange transportation to the ACT at nearby test sites on alternative test dates when possible, on an as-needed basis.
AP
On-campus, exam-only testing is available for students interested in taking AP exams. For further information on AP exams at Putney, please read our AP FAQ.
English Placement
The College Office works with the International Student Program Office to ensure all ESOL students have options for English placement testing.
Testing Accommodations
Administrative support for students interested in testing accommodations is provided in conjunction with the Center for Teaching & Learning.
