We’re excited to build two new energy-efficient dorms to house 44 students and four faculty families, enhancing our community and transforming our ability to recruit and retain top-notch teachers.

The dorms will replace Old Boys and Old Girls, which were built in the 1930s. Construction of Hepper House, named for Hepper Caldwell ’46, will take place on the Houghton Brook site, and the second dorm will be erected on the site of the greenhouses, which will be relocated. Both projects are projected to be completed by Spring 2023.
